Training
Lakes Environmental provides the most extensive AERMOD and CALPUFF air dispersion modeling training programs available by incorporating both hands-on computer instruction and up-to-date research. A host of EPA offices, state agencies, overseas organizations, consulting firms, and industrial companies have been trained first hand by our experienced and qualified staff.
Modeling Runs
Lakes Environmental runs projects for our clients using the powerful capabilities of a Cray Supercomputer. This service utilizes our AERMOD MPI parallel code to run AERMOD projects in a fraction of the time it would take on a standard desktop computer. This is an exciting new service that allows us to run your projects quickly and conveniently.
Meteorological Data Processing
Lakes Environmental offers a service providing modeled meteorological data for any location in the world. We obtain this data by running the Weather Research and Forecasting mesoscale model (WRF) for your specified location and site domain. Data is offered in both AERMET, CALMET and CALPUFF data formats. AERMOD-ready station data is also available for locations in the USA.
